Longtime plantrician Dr. Klaper and I went on the YouTube show Chef AJ Live to discuss “Why Don’t Doctors Learn About Nutrition in Medical School?” This was the first of a monthly series named after the non-profit organization which serves to bring nutrition to doctors in training. Going forward we’ll delve into various medical conditions and the role of food in their prevention and reversal.
